True North Affordable Homeownership Program

True North is proud to participate in the City of Longmont's Affordable Housing Homeownership Program (AHHP), designed specifically to help working families like yours achieve the dream of homeownership.

What is the AHHP?

The program creates homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income households through income-restricted properties. This isn't subsidized housing—these are quality homes you'll own and build equity in, with built-in protections to keep them affordable for future families too.

Who Qualifies?

The program serves households in two tiers based on Boulder County Area Median Income (AMI):

Affordable Tier (≤80% AMI):

  • 1 Person: Up to $84,400

  • 2 People: Up to $96,400

  • 3 People: Up to $108,480

  • 4 People: Up to $120,480

Attainable Tier (81-120% AMI):

  • 1 Person: $84,401 - $126,600

  • 2 People: $96,401 - $144,600

  • 3 People: $108,481 - $162,720

  • 4 People: $120,481 - $180,720
